There was some confusion over payment of the balance. Initial communication said balance was to be paid in cash on arrival, then the day before our trip, I had an e-mail saying the balance would be debited automatically, when I queried this I was tolver más

Initial communication said balance was to be paid in cash on arrival, then the day before our trip, I had an e-mail saying the balance would be debited automatically, when I queried this I was told I would have a choice as a link would be sent to pay by card or I could pay cash. We were going to pay cash as we'd already got it, so it's lucky we had a change of heart and checked my e-mail as payment had already been taken. Clearer payment policy needs to be in place, please.
